Hearing Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Engage with members to educate them on hearing wellness and promote Hearing Aid Center products and services
• Perform 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers to drive engagement
• Secure a minimum of 4 scheduled hearing tests daily for the center's hearing aid specialist or audiologist
• Promote and sell non-hearing aid products to members who do not have hearing loss
• Utilize handheld screening tools to intercept and qualify leads within the club environment
• Assist with calling past members and medical referrals to schedule return visits
• Represent the brand during Sam's Club events and various community marketing activities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or retail environments
• Proficiency with PC hardware, software, and general internet usage
• Experience with patient or customer appointment scheduling
• Strong oral and written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
