Hearing Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Engage with members to educate them on hearing wellness and support their hearing health needs
• Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers
• Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily for the hearing specialist or audiologist
• Promote and sell non-hearing aid products to members without hearing loss
• Use handheld screening tools to intercept and qualify leads
• Assist with calling past members and medical referrals to schedule return visits
• Promote the Hearing Aid Center during club events and community outreach activities
• Spend the majority of time working within the club environment to intercept and set tests

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience
• Proficiency with PC hardware, software, and general internet knowledge
• Previous experience with patient or customer appointment scheduling
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and presentation skills
