Healthcare Technology and Consulting Internship

Responsibilities

• Work on data loading for data warehouse projects
• Provide analytic services associated with the analysis of healthcare claims data
• Help develop and refine analytic algorithms to analyze claims
• Conduct analyses for clients and draft reports explaining the results
• Participate actively as a member of various project teams to foster collaboration

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or has obtained a mathematics or healthcare related degree
• Some programming experience
• Technical capabilities with Microsoft business analytics tools and technologies
• Knowledge of SQL and SAS
• Experience with database tools and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge of healthcare data and analytics
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a changing environment
