Healthcare Technical Consultant 2

Responsibilities

• Install, implement, service, and troubleshoot complex IT networks and patient monitoring equipment in clinical environments
• Provide technical recommendations to suit customer requirements and support the transition to customer-focused solutions
• Collaborate with regional work teams, including clinical, sales, and service partners, to coordinate project resources
• Perform administrative duties including service work orders, preventative maintenance, and installation documentation
• Diagnose and resolve electronic, networking, and mechanical problems within multi-phased systems
• Travel approximately 50% across the specified Phoenix, AZ geography, including daily driving and occasional overnight stays

Requirements

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is required
• 3+ years of professional experience in IT technologies or the electronics industry
• Proven skills in network configuration and troubleshooting
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Biomedical, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations
• Ability to work in both remote and hospital/healthcare environments
