Healthcare Systems Implementation Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of healthcare resource solutions into hospital workflows, including EMR integration.
• Coordinate with hospital IT teams, EMR vendors, and third-party partners to ensure technical readiness, security, and compliance.
• Design, configure, and deploy resource portals for organizations that do not utilize EMR systems.
• Plan and deliver onboarding, demonstrations, and training sessions to support tool adoption.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitals, clinicians, care coordinators, and operational staff.
• Track project timelines, milestones, adoption metrics, risks, and issues while maintaining accurate documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading healthcare implementation efforts, digital health deployments, or health IT initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience working with healthcare EMR systems and interoperability workflows.
• Proven ability to lead stakeholder engagement, training, and change management across clinical and non-clinical audiences.
• Strong project management skills, including coordination across multiple sites, vendors, and technology partners.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with rural hospitals, critical access hospitals, or underserved healthcare settings.
