About the role
Responsibilities
- Create, advance, close, and grow assigned healthcare accounts within the territory
- Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders and a central knowledge source for assigned accounts
- Leverage MillerKnoll’s collective of brands to position healthcare value propositions and system-wide solutions
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of healthcare industry trends, including financial performance and policy
- Dedicate approximately 70% of time to account development and 30% to market ambassadorship
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered)
- At least two years of successful contract or capital goods selling experience
- Proven experience in account management and strategic selling
- Strong skills in negotiation, contract management, and consultative selling
- Ability to build long-term effective relationships with customers and partners
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and collaborative skills
