About the role
Responsibilities
- Create, advance, close, and grow assigned healthcare accounts within the Dallas territory
- Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders and a central knowledge source for assigned accounts
- Leverage MillerKnoll’s collective of brands to position healthcare value propositions and system-wide solutions
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of healthcare industry trends, including financial performance and policy
- Dedicate approximately 70% of time to account development and 30% to market ambassadorship
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least two years of successful contract or capital goods selling experience
- Proven experience in account management and building long-term customer relationships
- Strong strategic selling skills, including account penetration, consultative selling, and negotiation
- Ability to execute tactics strategically and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity, business ethics, and professional communication skills
