About the role
Responsibilities
- Create, advance, close, and grow assigned healthcare accounts within the Nebraska and Iowa territory
- Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders and a central knowledge source for assigned accounts
- Leverage MillerKnoll’s collective of brands to position healthcare value propositions and system-wide solutions
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of healthcare industry trends, including financial performance and policy
- Spend approximately 50% of time developing focused accounts and 50% acting as a market ambassador
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least two years of successful contract or capital goods selling experience
- Proven experience in account management
- Strong strategic selling skills, including account penetration, conceptual selling, and consultative approaches
- Proficiency in negotiation and contract management
- Ability to travel up to 30% overnight within the assigned territory
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior knowledge of MillerKnoll Healthcare products, services, and culture
- Ability to distinguish MillerKnoll Healthcare offerings from competitors
