Healthcare Services Associate

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of on-site Annual Physical Examination (APE) activities, managing logistics, scheduling, and provider concerns.
• Coordinate end-to-end APE, PEME, and ECU processes, including endorsement requests and clinic schedule confirmations.
• Manage documentation and results consolidation, ensuring all records are uploaded within SLAs and verified for accuracy.
• Facilitate the resolution of member-facing concerns and proactively escalate service disruptions or risks to the Senior Associate.
• Collaborate with providers, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and timely financial processing of payments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Sciences, Nursing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in healthcare coordination, medical administration, or operations/logistics roles.
• Familiarity with APE, PEME, or ECU processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail regarding data accuracy and documentation.
• Willingness to travel to client sites within Metro Manila and nearby provinces.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with medical or clinic providers.
• Experience using case management or health information systems.
