About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Epic-enabled transformation programs, including planning, design, build, testing, and go-live activities.
- Direct Epic application analysis, configuration, and implementation across clinical and revenue cycle workstreams.
- Partner with client C-suite and IT stakeholders to define requirements and align system capabilities with business objectives.
- Oversee project teams, manage risks, and maintain day-to-day relationships with executive client stakeholders.
- Drive business development through pursuit strategy, proposal development, and relationship building.
- Mentor and develop practitioners through coaching, performance feedback, and recruitment efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years of experience in consulting or healthcare organizations.
- 6+ years of experience reporting to or working with C-suite executives.
- 6+ years of experience leading large-scale healthcare system implementations (EHR, clinical, or revenue cycle systems).
- Epic certification or significant experience implementing Epic clinical or revenue cycle applications.
- Ability to travel 50-75% on average.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MBA or PhD).
- Experience with other EHR platforms such as Oracle Cerner or Allscripts.
- Proficiency in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with project tracking and process documentation tools like Microsoft Project and Visio.
- Experience using analytics tools such as Python, Tableau, or SQL.
