Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for medical underwriter and clinical roles
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and credentialing requirements
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Maintain document and agreement trackers for an improved onboarding process
• Connect with the team to forecast hiring requirements

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment experience
• Experience in healthcare recruitment or medical underwriting recruitment
