Healthcare Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including job postings, screening, assessing, and selecting qualified candidates
• Guide candidates through onboarding tasks to ensure successful employment starts
• Develop creative recruitment solutions to address staffing difficulties at various sites
• Source candidates through databases, social media, and other specialized tools
• Partner with the HR team to drive a consistent approach to talent assessment and candidate experience
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with business leaders to understand operational needs
• Travel to various company sites throughout the state of Arizona as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (healthcare experience preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Valid Arizona Driver License (must be 21+ with minimum 4 years driving experience)
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1) or ability to obtain one within 7 days
• Ability to travel up to 25% within Arizona
• Ability to pass a TB test

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Bilingual skills
