Healthcare Quality Advisor

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct quality management processes and systems within the Healthcare Quality Organization
• Provide guidance, support, and advice to internal and external customers regarding healthcare quality assurance
• Manage customer relationships to ensure alignment with quality expectations and proactive compliance
• Project manage the conceptualization, planning, design, and implementation of quality assurance processes and technology solutions
• Evaluate and monitor healthcare quality processes to identify areas for continuous improvement and transformation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare quality, safety, transportation, business, science, or a quantitative discipline
• Experience in healthcare quality within manufacturing, laboratories, distribution, or closely related fields
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management
• Proficient skills in Office 365
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities
• Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills
• Fluency in English
