Healthcare Professionals (Multiple Roles)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care and rehabilitation services to pediatric and adult patients.
• Manage patient care plans in long-term care (LTC), ICU, or inpatient settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, therapists, and nurses to ensure holistic patient recovery.
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to JCI accreditation standards.
• Support the specialized needs of patients with chronic illnesses or disabilities.

Requirements

• Valid DOH (HAAD), DHA, or MOH transferable license.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a hospital setting (inpatient and outpatient).
• Proven experience in Long-Term Care (LTC), ICU, or inpatient environments.
• Experience in pediatric or adult rehabilitation is highly valued.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the SEHA or PureHealth network.
• Specialized training in pediatric rehabilitation or wound care.
