Healthcare Professional (RRT/RN)

Responsibilities

• Initiate and monitor prescribed respiratory therapy in the Medigas office and client homes
• Perform assessments, patient education, documentation, and follow-up to ensure equipment compliance
• Deliver and exchange respiratory equipment, including lifting up to 60 pounds
• Conduct in-home client visits and in-office consultations for sleep and oxygen clients
• Provide respiratory equipment in-service training to community partners and medical professionals
• Promote Medigas products and services to referral sources and the healthcare community
• Build and maintain high-quality relationships with clients and healthcare providers
• Participate in a regular on-call rotation and support the training of new employees

Requirements

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Registered Nurse (RN) with current registration
• Minimum of 2 years of related healthcare experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Clear driving record and driver's abstract
• Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (as defined by WHO-approved guidelines)

Preferred Qualifications

• LPN / RPN registration may be considered
• Previous experience in homecare settings
• Experience in healthcare sales or business development
