Healthcare Professional

Responsibilities

• Perform home visits and in-person contacts in home or hospital settings for the adaptation and follow-up of patients with respiratory pathologies.
• Monitor the evolution of pathologies and implement appropriate clinical actions based on obtained data.
• Adapt quality care standards to meet the specific needs of each patient.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with prescribing physicians, hospital teams, and internal departments.
• Conduct assessment phone calls and/or tele-visits following established protocols.
• Manage necessary materials required for clinical activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, health, and environmental policies.
• Contribute to the company's digital transformation by participating in the automation and digitalization of tasks.

Requirements

• Degree in Health Sciences (preferably Nursing, Physiotherapy, Cardiopneumology, Neurophysiology, or Clinical Physiology).
• Experience in clinical Home Respiratory Care.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and decision-making abilities.
• Analytical skills and the ability to use data effectively to drive digital transformation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree or Master's in the respiratory or sleep medicine field.
