Healthcare Professional

Responsibilities

• Initiate and supervise prescribed respiratory treatments in the Medigas office or at client homes.
• Perform assessments, patient education, documentation, and follow-up to ensure equipment performance and client compliance.
• Deliver and exchange respiratory equipment, including lifting items up to 60 lbs.
• Conduct home visits, including long-distance travel, and consultations for clients with sleep disorders or oxygen needs.
• Organize field training sessions on respiratory equipment for community partners.
• Promote Medigas products and services to medical and healthcare referral sources.
• Maintain high-quality relationships with clients and healthcare professionals.
• Adhere to all safety standards, company policies, and client confidentiality protocols.

Requirements

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Registered Nurse (RN) with valid registration.
• LPN or RPN registration may also be considered.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Clean driving record.
• Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination as per WHO guidelines.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in home care settings.
• Experience in sales or business development.
