Healthcare Professional

Responsibilities

• Initiate and monitor prescribed respiratory therapy in the Medigas office and in clients' homes.
• Conduct patient assessments, education, documentation, and follow-up to ensure equipment performance and client compliance.
• Deliver and exchange respiratory equipment in clients' homes, including lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Perform in-home client visits involving long-distance travel and in-office consultations for sleep and oxygen clients.
• Conduct respiratory equipment in-service training sessions for community partners.
• Promote Medigas products and services to referral sources and within the medical/healthcare community.
• Build and maintain high-quality relationships with clients and healthcare referral sources.
• Participate in a regular on-call rotation and support the training of new employees.

Requirements

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Registered Nurse (RN) with current registration.
• LPN / RPN with current registration may also be considered.
• Minimum of 2 years of related healthcare experience.
• Clear driving record and valid driver's license.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination as defined by WHO-approved guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in homecare settings.
• Experience in healthcare sales or business development.
