Healthcare Professional

Responsibilities

• Initiate and monitor prescribed respiratory therapy in the Medigas office and client homes
• Perform assessments, patient education, documentation, and follow-up to ensure equipment performance and compliance
• Deliver and exchange respiratory equipment, including lifting up to 60 pounds
• Conduct in-home client visits involving long-distance travel and in-office consultations
• Provide respiratory equipment in-service training to community partners
• Promote Medigas products and services to medical and healthcare referral sources
• Build and maintain high-quality relationships with clients and healthcare professionals
• Participate in a regular on-call rotation and support the training of new employees

Requirements

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Registered Nurse (RN) with current registration
• LPN / RPN with current registration may also be considered
• Minimum of 2 years of related healthcare experience
• Clear driving record and abstract
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (as defined by WHO-approved guidelines)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in homecare settings
• Previous experience in sales or medical promotion
