Healthcare Professional Consultant

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to drive awareness and advocacy for Haleon's consumer healthcare brands.
• Deliver high-quality educational sessions via face-to-face and remote channels, including detailing and "lunch and learns."
• Target and segment HCPs, specifically within the Dental channel (Dentists, Hygienists, and Therapists), to promote Oral Healthcare brands.
• Formulate and execute a territory business plan to ensure high levels of engagement and reach.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and territory planning using internal systems.
• Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to the field team.
• Support exhibitions, events, and PR initiatives to drive business goals.

Requirements

• Degree or relevant Dental Industry experience.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for both face-to-face and remote environments.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Valid right to work in the UK.
• Must reside in specific UK postcodes: SA, CF, NP, HR, GL, BS, TA, or EX.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sales Representative or working in the Dental Industry.
• Experience working in a field-based HCP or commercial environment.
• Understanding of Consumer Healthcare and Oral Healthcare markets.
• Experience in FMCG marketplaces.
