About the Company
Genomics is a science-led transatlantic TechBio combining large-scale genetic and health data with proprietary analytics to accelerate drug discovery and advance predictive, preventative healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Keep the backlog refined and build-ready to ensure the team has clear, well-specified work
- Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria by working with cross-functional teams
- Maintain the requirements board to keep regulatory requirements current and traceable
- Review delivered work against acceptance criteria and the definition of done
- Contribute to discovery by flagging build, regulatory, and evidence implications early
- Identify and route risks during refinement to appropriate owners
Requirements
- Experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar delivery role
- Experience with regulated software in a medical environment (medical device, IVD, or SaMD)
- Proficiency in writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Ability to gather requirements from both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Scientific background or understanding of technical scientific products
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of standards such as IEC 62304 and ISO 13485
