Healthcare Planning and Design Manager, Infection Control

Responsibilities

• Build, grow, and support the sales process for the project-based sales funnel within the Northeast region.
• Prospect and pursue targeted accounts to expand the customer base for construction-specific infection control products.
• Manage and distribute sales leads and maintain regular updates for leadership.
• Represent the Getinge brand by building relationships with architects, equipment planners, and the design/planning community.
• Generate and deliver customer presentations, proposals, and support the RFP process.
• Maintain accurate and updated records in Salesforce/GForce or other CRM tools.
• Forecast and achieve annual objectives and maintain project lead schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of medical device capital equipment sales experience, including direct selling to architects, equipment planners, or hospitals.
• Proven understanding of medical construction engineering, including local codes and standards.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Experience in clinical settings with a strong sales aptitude.
• Strong negotiating skills and the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.
• Exceptional project management and financial acumen.
