Healthcare Operations Manager

About the Company

Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider. Their clinicians provide a continuum of care for patients with chronic conditions and limited mobility directly in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of home healthcare services, including scheduling and patient intake
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, referral sources, and community partners
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation
• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of healthcare professionals
• Develop and implement staff schedules and operational policies
• Monitor patient outcomes and address family concerns promptly
• Support strategic plans to grow and expand home healthcare and hospice services

Requirements

• Over three years of experience in healthcare operations management
• Experience in home healthcare or hospice services preferred
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
• Proven ability to manage budgets and operational efficiency
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
