Healthcare Operational Care Specialist

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track healthcare and life sciences shipments through active alarm management and milestone verification
• Ensure all time- and temperature-sensitive shipments remain compliant throughout transit
• Communicate with airlines, carriers, and service partners to resolve issues and maintain service standards
• Collaborate with Customer Service, CRMs, and Key Account Managers to maximize client satisfaction
• Identify, investigate, and escalate discrepancies or service disruptions
• Manage inbound bookings and operational inquiries via shared mailboxes and phone
• Maintain accurate shipment documentation in compliance with GDP, ISO, and country regulations
• Support quality control processes by identifying gaps and recommending service improvements

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in air courier, freight forwarding, or logistics operations
• Strong understanding of time-critical, temperature-controlled, or biopharmaceutical shipments
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics operating systems
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and flexibility for evening/weekend shifts (Shift: Monday to Saturday)

Preferred Qualifications

• IATA Dangerous Goods certification
• Second-language fluency
