Healthcare Logistics Engineering Intern

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and coordination, including tracking milestones, timelines, and deliverables
• Maintain and update project trackers, schedules, and documentation to ensure accurate reporting
• Use Microsoft Excel to analyze data and build reports and visualizations such as graphs and Pareto charts
• Develop and edit presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva to communicate updates to leadership
• Participate in team meetings and assist with documenting key actions, risks, and next steps
• Support the layout and implementation of design concepts

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Engineering Management), Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create charts and perform basic data analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Canva
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate documentation
• Ability to work on-site in Plantation, FL for a 6-month duration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with process improvement, reporting tools, Visio, Power BI, or AutoCAD
• Understanding of GDP (Good Distribution Practice), quality systems, or regulated environments
• Interest in pharmaceutical logistics and healthcare operations
