Healthcare Industry Leader

Responsibilities

• Own, execute, and revise the approved healthcare industry strategy in alignment with Product, Sales, and Solutions teams
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to build NHS-specific Go-to-Market campaigns and industry-relevant narratives
• Influence the product roadmap by validating market needs with Solution teams and Product Management
• Build market eminence through thought leadership, industry events, client roundtables, and analyst engagement
• Support Sales, Customer Success, and Pre-Sales teams with industry-specific expertise to win strategic deals
• Partner with leadership to develop industry-specific revenue targets, pricing strategies, and strategic target accounts
• Identify and nurture strategic relationships with ecosystem partners to drive scale and differentiation

Requirements

• Proven credibility in the UK healthcare market, specifically with NHS England, ICBs, and Trusts
• Solid experience with data-led solutions and technology within a healthcare or public sector context
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences, from end-users to executive management
• Strong resilience and a collaborative approach to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience in technology consulting or systems integration is highly advantageous
• A self-starter mindset with the gravitas to earn the trust of senior healthcare stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in private healthcare, life sciences, or international healthcare markets
• Technical acumen to build custom demos, wireframes, or solution designs
• Understanding of big data, data science, Entity Resolution, or Graph analytics
