Healthcare Executive

Responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of sales budgets for the assigned geographical territory
• Conduct sales analytics to identify key stakeholders and drive business growth
• Manage relationships with medical practitioners, consultants, chemists, and wholesalers
• Execute product promotion campaigns and deliver tailored promotional messages to customers
• Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key customers
• Coordinate with CFA for effective inventory management and product availability
• Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, group meetings, and speaker programs
• Prepare and implement special schedules for doctor visits during new product launches
• Maintain meticulous reporting of daily activities, including clinic and hospital calls
• Adhere to all applicable Pfizer policies, compliance standards, and coverage plans

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales budget achievement and territory management
• Strong skills in sales analytics and market trend tracking
• Expertise in medical practitioner relationship management and KOL engagement
• Experience in executing product promotion campaigns and marketing strategies
• Ability to coordinate inventory management and retail availability
• Proficiency in using technology solutions for effective field operations
