Healthcare Executive

Responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of sales budgets for the assigned geographical territory in Delhi
• Conduct sales analytics to identify key stakeholders and drive business growth
• Manage relationships with medical practitioners, consultants, chemists, and wholesalers
• Execute product promotion campaigns and deliver tailored promotional messages to customers
• Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, speaker programs, and round table meetings
• Coordinate with CFA for effective inventory management and product availability
• Track hospital purchase trends and collect data on medicine budgets and procurement modes
• Maintain meticulous reporting of daily activities, including doctor calls and hospital visits
• Adhere to all Pfizer policies, compliance standards, and coverage plans

Requirements

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage territory business
• Experience in conducting sales analytics and forecasting
• Strong relationship management skills with healthcare professionals and retailers
• Ability to plan and execute strategic promotional campaigns and medical programs
• Proficiency in using technology solutions for field operations and information management
• Strong organizational skills for managing inventory and reporting
