Healthcare Executive

Responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of sales budgets for the assigned geographical territory in Delhi
• Conduct sales analytics to identify key stakeholders and drive business growth
• Manage and maintain relationships with medical practitioners, consultants, chemists, and wholesalers
• Execute product promotion campaigns and deliver tailored promotional messages to maximize sales
• Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key customers
• Coordinate with CFA for effective inventory management and ensure product availability
• Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, group meetings, and speaker programs
• Track hospital purchase trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategy
• Prepare and submit detailed daily reports regarding field activities and doctor visits

Requirements

• Proven experience in achieving sales budgets and managing territory business
• Ability to conduct sales analytics and provide accurate sales forecasting
• Strong relationship management skills with medical professionals and healthcare stakeholders
• Experience in executing product promotion campaigns and managing KOL relationships
• Proficiency in coordinating inventory management and tracking market demand
• Ability to adhere to strict compliance policies and professional procedures
