Healthcare Executive

Responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of sales budgets for the assigned geographical territory in Delhi.
• Conduct sales analytics to identify key stakeholders and drive business growth.
• Deliver tailored promotional messages to medical practitioners to maximize sales.
• Maintain regular contact with medical practitioners, consultants, chemists, and wholesalers.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with CFA to ensure product availability.
• Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, group meetings, and speaker programs.
• Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key customers.
• Execute product promotion campaigns for both new and existing products.
• Prepare and submit daily reports regarding field activities and doctor visits.

Requirements

• Proven experience in territory management and sales budget achievement.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and customer relationship management.
• Ability to perform sales analytics and track market trends.
• Proficiency in product promotion and meticulous detailing of clinical benefits.
• Experience in inventory management and coordinating with supply chain partners.
• Ability to adhere to strict compliance policies and standard operating procedures.
