Healthcare Consulting Associate - Mid Revenue Cycle

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams to design and implement effective solutions using proven methodologies and best practices
• Perform complex data analysis to identify gaps and risks, developing sustainable recommendations for improvement
• Summarize findings and present actionable insights to various levels of Huron and client leadership
• Supervise, coach, and mentor junior project team members through direct feedback and performance management
• Manage multiple client engagements or workstreams simultaneously while ensuring high-quality delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience in project implementation or process improvement, preferably in healthcare or consulting
• Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, including charge capture within hospital or physician environments
• Understanding of clinical charging workflows, charge entry practices, and billing workflows
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Ability to travel up to 50% based on client and project needs
• US Work Authorization required
