Healthcare Collections Associate

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned hospitals to collect reprocessed medical equipment, including surgical, non-invasive, and vascular tools
• Package and ship products to the client manufacturing plant
• Document and log daily collection totals
• Notify the local Sales team regarding shipping supply needs
• Work within hospital environments such as Operating Rooms and Sterile Processing Departments

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted driver license
• Reliable personal vehicle for local travel (up to 2-3 hours)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and basic software
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs
• Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing, including meeting specific immunization requirements
• Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, general labor, warehouse, or customer service
• Ability to work independently in customer settings with minimal supervision
