Healthcare BAS Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned territory and accounts to achieve or exceed annual sales and gross margin targets
• Develop long-term partnerships and position Automated Logic (ALC) as the preferred building automation design
• Perform take-offs and bid projects across the full spectrum of ALC offerings
• Collaborate with consulting engineers to write project specification proposals that provide value to customers
• Negotiate with contractors regarding scope of work, pricing, and terms and conditions
• Deliver compelling presentations to owners and owner representatives
• Utilize sales tools to document progress and manage the sales pipeline from lead to close
• Act as a dedicated advocate for the customer to ensure high levels of satisfaction

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in Controls Sales or Commercial HVAC Sales
• Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Experience selling within the Healthcare vertical markets
• Background in HVAC controls, Building Automation Systems (BAS), or HVAC sales
• Ability to value engineer control designs with alternative solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft 360 applications
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
