Healthcare Assistant

Responsibilities

• Greet, support, and encourage patients from check-in to check-out
• Learn and perform hands-on clinical skills and therapeutic techniques
• Coach and guide patients through exercises and care plans
• Coordinate day-to-day operations including scheduling and record updates
• Manage clinic flow and support clinic events

Requirements

• Energetic, outgoing, and a team player
• Clear communicator and compassionate listener
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask
• No prior healthcare experience required (training provided)
