Healthcare Assistant

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients to learn about current symptoms
• Teach patients how to properly execute therapeutic exercises
• Manage daily office administrative tasks including appointments, files, and payments
• Coordinate and promote internal patient events
• Support doctors, teams, and patients to drive clinic growth
• Travel between various clinic sites including Brookfield, Germantown, and Waukesha

Requirements

• Energetic and self-motivated personality
• Passion for patient care
• Ability to work a variable 5-day work week schedule
• Willingness to travel to multiple local sites
