Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one care and emotional support to patients and families in their own homes
- Support personal care, mobility, nutrition, and comfort needs
- Deliver compassionate, person-centred care to people living with terminal illness
- Uphold dignity, respect, and patient choice
Requirements
- Experience in a health or social care setting
- Experience in palliative or end-of-life care preferred
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
- Kind and empathetic approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including nights and weekends
