Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one care and emotional support to patients and families in their own homes
• Support personal care, mobility, nutrition, and comfort needs
• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care to people living with terminal illness
• Uphold dignity, respect, and patient choice

Requirements

• Experience in a health or social care setting
• Experience in palliative or end-of-life care preferred
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
• Kind and empathetic approach
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work flexibly, including nights and weekends
