Healthcare Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities to residents
• Support residents in leading more fulfilled lives through compassionate care
• Maintain high standards of service and professionalism within care home settings
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Computer literacy and basic math/number skills
• Easy access to transport and a willingness to travel
• An empathetic, caring, and positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
• Minimum of 1 year of HCA experience, preferably in a care home setting
