Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities and personal care
- Support residents in leading more fulfilled lives
- Provide high-quality care services to clients in care home settings
- Maintain excellent communication with residents and team members
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of HCA experience, preferably in a care home
- Easy access to transport and willingness to travel
- Computer literacy and basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- An empathetic and caring attitude
