Healthcare and Nursing Professional

Responsibilities

• Assessment and determination of individual nursing needs and planning of care for surgical patients
• Organization, design, and management of the entire nursing process
• Independent implementation of physician-ordered measures, particularly in medical diagnostics, therapy, or rehabilitation
• Independent treatment nursing care in close coordination with medical services
• Coordination and organization of workflows and ward processes
• Assistance during medical interventions

Requirements

• Completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger)
• Ideally previous experience in the field of surgery
• Professional and social competence, commitment, and flexibility
