Healthcare and Nursing Professional (Central Night Shift)

Responsibilities

• Act as the central contact person for the entire hospital during the night shift
• Contribute to patient-oriented care and workflow management at night
• Relieve colleagues in individual departments during break times
• Coordinate night watches and identify potential overloads early
• Ensure operational continuity during acute staff shortages
• Monitor and assess patient occupancy levels (over- and under-occupancy)
• Ensure patient and relative-oriented care throughout the entire nursing process
• Perform messenger duties or collect patients from the emergency room

Requirements

• Completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger)
• Ability to work very independently
• Team player with a strong service orientation
• Open-minded with good assertiveness
• Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams
• Solution-oriented approach and willingness to take responsibility
• Interest in professional development and self-reflection
