Healthcare and Nurse (m/f/d) for Intermediate Care (IMC)

Responsibilities

• Care and supply of IMC patients, including monitoring critical conditions
• Continuous observation and documentation of health status (vital signs, consciousness, respiration)
• Independent management of treatment care and catecholamine therapy in coordination with medical staff
• Professional management of admission, treatment, transfer, and discharge processes
• Assisting with medical interventions

Requirements

• Completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger)
• Professional experience in the IMC area
• Strong empathy, teamwork, and communication skills
• High sense of responsibility and motivating work style
