Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care for various medical specialties including Cardiology, Neurology, Pulmonary, Critical Care, and General Surgery
• Manage patient rehabilitation and functional improvement through multidisciplinary team collaboration
• Oversee nursing staff and clinical operations in a nursing management capacity
• Execute non-clinical business development and human resources strategies to support hospital growth
• Deliver outpatient, inpatient, and community-based healthcare services

Requirements

• Valid DOH, DHA, or MOH license is mandatory
• Proven experience in a healthcare setting within the UAE is preferred
• Relevant medical or management qualifications based on the specific role applied for

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in multidisciplinary rehabilitation environments
• Specialized expertise in critical care or complex surgical recovery
