Healthcare Advisory Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, development, and growth of healthcare advisory services in Canada
• Act as a trusted advisor on healthcare planning, capital programs, and system transformation
• Originate and win new business by leading pursuits, proposals, and client engagements
• Own and expand key client relationships across existing and prospective healthcare organizations
• Assemble project teams and provide leadership and oversight on advisory engagements
• Shape and implement best-in-class approaches to healthcare planning
• Build market presence and thought leadership within the healthcare infrastructure sector

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in healthcare infrastructure and advisory
• Proven track record of leading major healthcare programs or advisory engagements
• Deep understanding of healthcare systems, capital planning, and infrastructure delivery
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in originating and securing work
• Established network and credibility within the healthcare sector
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a practice

Preferred Qualifications

• French language proficiency is a strong asset
