About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive lead generation and move-ins to communities from an assigned book of accounts
- Deliver on monthly target quotas for family senior care selections
- Cultivate new contacts within hospitals and skilled nursing centers through networking and cold calls
- Educate families on care options and transition processes
- Partner with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to meet move-in targets
- Manage and analyze sales pipeline using CRM and internal reporting
- Pilot new initiatives and provide feedback on territory tools and resources
Requirements
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience as an individual contributor
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Experience in hospital or skilled nursing facility sales
- Knowledge of the Senior Living Industry
- Ability to travel daily within the assigned territory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
