About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive lead generation and move-ins to communities from an assigned book of accounts
  • Deliver on monthly target quotas for families selecting senior care options
  • Cultivate new contacts within hospitals and skilled nursing centers through networking and cold calls
  • Educate families on care options and transition processes
  • Partner with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to meet move-in targets
  • Manage and analyze sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Travel daily within the assigned territory to visit accounts

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience as an individual contributor
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience in hospital or skilled nursing facility sales
  • Knowledge of the Senior Living Industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Ability to travel daily within the local territory
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
