About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive lead generation and move-ins to communities from an assigned book of accounts
- Deliver on monthly target quotas for families selecting senior care options
- Cultivate new contacts within hospitals and skilled nursing centers through networking, cold calls, and presentations
- Educate families on care options and coordinate with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors
- Manage and analyze sales pipeline using CRM and internal reporting
- Travel daily within the assigned territory to meet with case managers, discharge planners, and doctors
Requirements
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience as an individual contributor
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Experience in hospital or skilled nursing facility sales
- Knowledge of the Senior Living Industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to travel daily within the local territory
