About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive lead generation and move-ins to communities from an assigned book of accounts
- Deliver on monthly target quotas for qualified patient referrals
- Develop and grow a portfolio of clients including social workers, case managers, and discharge planners
- Cultivate new contacts through networking, cold calls, and service presentations
- Educate families on senior care options and transition processes
- Collaborate with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to meet move-in targets
- Analyze CRM reports to manage and develop sales pipeline
- Pilot new initiatives and provide feedback on territory tools and resources
Requirements
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience as an individual contributor
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Experience in hospital or skilled nursing facility sales
- Knowledge of the Senior Living Industry
- Strong prospecting and lead generation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to travel daily within the assigned territory
- Bachelor's degree preferred
