About the role
Responsibilities
- Support APAC employees with Benefits and Mobility requests by providing thoughtful responses to ServiceNow tickets
- Assist with health insurance enrollments for new employees across the APAC region
- Create and maintain training and informational materials to enhance the employee experience
- Review, audit, and submit payments for vendor invoicing
- Provide general support to the Health, Wealth & Mobility team as required
Requirements
- 1-2 years of professional experience
- Experience in HR administration is considered an asset
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to excel in a cross-functional, collaborative environment
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks with accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of additional Asian languages is an advantage
