About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient and information flow between clinical staff, patients, families, and other departments
- Greet patients and families and complete the patient registration process
- Manage order entry, computer downtime coordination, and patient information updates
- Prepare, organize, and disassemble patient medical records according to HIMS specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning
- Serve as a preceptor for new employees as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications in a Windows environment
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to obtain Notary Public certification (State of New Hampshire) within 4 months of hire
