About the role

About the Company

Forus is building an AI-powered network that connects doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma to accelerate new science to patients. Our platform automates the complexity between a doctor prescribing a medicine and a patient starting treatment, including insurance coverage, financial assistance, and supply chain navigation.

Responsibilities

  • Own the provider enterprise strategy, including market segmentation, GTM design, and network activation
  • Lead high-stakes enterprise sales efforts and navigate multi-stakeholder decisions
  • Partner with product, legal, and compliance teams to align offerings with provider needs
  • Recruit and lead a high-performance sales team while personally closing strategic deals
  • Evaluate and execute new opportunities, including strategic partnerships and new products
  • Collaborate with the CEO to balance growth speed with long-term profitability

Requirements

  • 8-16 years of experience in enterprise sales, BD, or partnerships
  • Proven track record of owning and closing complex deals
  • Strong familiarity with provider organizations and navigating clinical, IT, and legal environments
  • Experience building or scaling GTM teams at early-stage or high-growth companies
  • Executive presence and ability to engage senior leaders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to move quickly and deliver on goals in an ambiguous environment
